FTJ 1175 Mobile Jaw Crusher helps clean and coarse material enter the crusher by separating the dirty material before it enters the crusher, thanks to the speed-controlled vibrating feeder and the pre-screen located before the crushing chamber. Thus, the quality of the final material increases significantly. With this system, many different stones such as granite, basalt and limestone can be easily broken. In this layout, the crushed material from the FTJ 1175 goes to the FTI 130 mobile impact crusher, where the customer obtains finer material. The dimensions of the material coming out can be adjusted using hydraulically adjustable pendulums. After the FTI 130 Mobile Impact Crusher, the material is sent to the FTS 1560 mobile screen and 3 different materials can be received at the same time.
