Overview
FTC-200 Mobile Cone Crusher provides efficient secondary and tertiary crushing of hard stone and concrete with a powerful tracked cone system. The tracked mobile plant integrates feeding, crushing, stock conveying and automation for high-capacity on-site crushing operations.

Belt Feeder
The belt feeder quickly transfers loaded material to the crusher. It is equipped with two motors for mobility and a motor protection system to prevent overheating-related malfunctions. The feeder operation is coupled to the crusher via the automation system and works in two steps: Step 1 — if crusher amperage rises (high crushed-product density) automation stops bunker transfer to prevent accumulation and wear; Step 2 — if crusher amperage falls (low density) automation increases bunker transfer to keep production at maximum.

Cone Crusher
The cone crusher transmits power from the engine to the gear/pinion shaft and hub. With its core and concave, it crushes stones into desired sizes. The FTC-200 features a robust cone (CC-200) with high rotor speed and a strong gear structure. Feeding opening indicated as 185 mm for relevant configuration.

Stock Belts & Separator Belts
Folding-type stock conveyor belts fold to reduce transport/installation footprint and convey crushed products to stock area. Magnetic separator belt (MBS series) comprises a permanent magnetic block, endless separator belt, motor and magnetically isolated steel frame designed to prevent unwanted metal adhesion.

Track System
The tracked undercarriage provides machine mobility on difficult terrains. Track width: 500 mm. Track system designed for versatile mobility and compliance with quality and CE standards.

Automation System
Full automation based on PLC controls crusher, feed hoppers and stock conveyors. Features include professional interface, PLC control, remote control capability and optional heat-sensor protection. Automation optimises operating mode and protects equipment by adjusting feeding based on crusher load.

Generator & Hybrid Power
Hybrid generator system supplies required power; can operate on diesel or grid electricity. Hybrid configuration prevents malfunctions due to irregular supply and can be sized according to site energy needs. Emphasised benefits: low fuel consumption, high efficiency and optional hybrid operation to use grid power when available.

Automatic Lubrication System (optional)
Provides even grease distribution to all lubrication points, reduces maintenance time and labour, minimizes oil usage and ensures flawless lubrication during operation.

Hydraulic System
Hydraulic system operates bunker covers and stock conveyors without manual labour using hydraulic control arms; it performs on/off operations quickly. Advantages include:
