Description

Overview
FTV-90 Mobile Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher provides shaping and fine crushing of stone and concrete with a track-mounted VSI system optimized for 0-5 mm sand production. Designed for hard and abrasive materials (e.g., basalt, granite), the unit offers high capacity, efficient operation and simplified maintenance. The rotor accelerates feed material and throws it against bolted wear linings for controlled particle shaping and fast replacement.

Belt Feeder
The Belt Feeder transfers loaded material to the crusher and is driven by two motors. It includes motor protection to avoid overheating and is managed by the automation system to regulate working intensity.

  • This feature works in two steps:
  • Step 1: If crushed product density in the crusher rises, ampere draw increases; the automation detects this and stops bunker transfer to prevent accumulation and reduce wear.
  • Step 2: If crushed product density in the crusher falls, ampere draw decreases; the automation increases bunker transfer so the feeding hopper delivers material faster and production is maintained.


Vertical Shaft Crusher (VSI)
The vertical shaft crusher is optimized for maximum yield in 0-5 mm sand production and for processing hard, abrasive materials. Internal protection linings prevent structural wear and are bolted for rapid replacement. The high-speed rotor projects material against the linings to achieve controlled particle shaping.

Stock Belts / Folding Type Conveyor Belts
Folding-type stock conveyor belts discharge crushed product to stockpiles and reduce footprint when folded. Belts and components (traverses, drive drums, coupled motors) are manufactured for wear resistance and long service life.

Separator Belt
Oversized separator belts use permanent-magnet MBS series separators with a main magnetic block, endless separator belt, drive motor and isolated steel frame to minimize unwanted metal adherence. The separator generates a 3-pole magnetic field and is driven by suitable drums and motors.

Track System
The track system (track width referenced as 500 mm) provides mobility on rough terrain. It supports two-stage speed adjustment and is built for durability in line with A1 Quality and CE requirements.

Automation System
The tracked plant is controlled by a PLC-based automation system with a professional operator interface. Core equipment (crusher, stock conveyors, feed hoppers) is managed via the control panel. Available functions include remote control and optional heat-sensor protection.

Generator / Hybrid System
An onboard generator supplies power and supports hybrid operation (diesel + grid electric). The hybrid configuration allows operation where grid supply is absent or unstable and can be switched off to use site grid power when available. Hybrid capacity is configurable per site needs.

Automatic Lubrication System (Optional)
The automatic lubrication system delivers grease to required parts during operation and maintenance, ensuring even distribution, minimizing lubricant consumption and reducing maintenance time and labor.

Hydraulic System
The hydraulic system automates movement of bunker covers and stock belts via hydraulic arms, eliminating the need for manual intervention and enabling rapid, practical operation.
