Description

Overview
FTV-70-s is a tracked mobile vertical shaft impact (VSI) crushing and screening plant engineered for high-rate 0–5 mm sand production and shaping of medium-hard, abrasive rocks such as basalt and granite. The integrated design combines feeding, crushing, screening and stockpiling for on-site, mobile operations.

Belt Feeder
The belt feeder delivers continuous, regulated feed to the VSI crusher. Key points:
  • Two coupled drive motors for reliable feed and mobility.
  • Motor protection system to avoid overheating and faults.
  • Automation-controlled two-step feeding logic to balance crusher load and capacity:
    • Step 1: If product density and crusher amperage increase, automation reduces bunker transfer to prevent overload and wear.
    • Step 2: If product density and amperage decrease, automation increases bunker transfer to maximize throughput.


Vertical Shaft Crusher
The VSI-700 vertical shaft crusher is optimized for producing high proportions of cubical fine sand (0–5 mm). Key features:
