OverviewThe FTV-70 is a tracked mobile vertical shaft impact (VSI) crusher designed for efficient shaping and fine crushing of stone and concrete. It delivers high production in sand (0-5 mm) production and is suitable for hard and abrasive materials such as basalt and granite. Key systems include belt feeders, folding-type stock conveyors, track mobility, automation (PLC), hybrid generator options, hydraulic actuation and optional automatic lubrication.
Belt FeederThe belt feeder quickly transfers loaded material to the crusher. It is driven by two motors and includes motor protection to prevent overheating. The feeder and crusher are coupled to the automation system which adjusts feeding in two steps:
- Step 1: If crusher amperage increases due to high material density, the automation detects this and stops bunker transfer to prevent product accumulation and wear.
- Step 2: If crusher amperage decreases due to low material density, automation increases bunker transfer to maximize production capacity.
Vertical Shaft Crusher (VSI-700)The vertical shaft crusher is optimized for high-rate 0-5 mm sand production and uses a high-speed rotor to hurl feed against wear linings. Protection linings are bolted for rapid replacement and reduce casing wear. Rotor diameter: Ø 700 mm. Maximum feeding size: 35 mm. It is ideal for medium-sized basalt and granite with high abrasion resistance and offers easy maintenance.
Stock Belts & Folding-Type ConveyorsFolding-type stock conveyor belts rapidly move crushed products to stock areas and reduce overall machine footprint when folded. Belts are manufactured for wear resistance to ensure long service life. Stock belts are foldable to minimize transport dimensions.
Separator BeltOversized conveyor belt magnetic separators (MBS series) include a permanent magnet block, endless separator belt, motor and magnetically isolated steel frame to prevent unwanted metal accumulation. Features include 3-pole magnetic field and drive drums.
Track SystemThe machine mobility is provided by a 500 mm track width system offering versatile mobility and resistance to difficult terrain. Track system supports double-stage speed adjustment and is designed to meet A1 Quality and CE standards.
Automation SystemThe tracked crushing plant is controlled by a full automation system (PLC) with a professional interface and remote control options. The automation manages crusher, stock conveyors and feed hoppers and includes optional heat sensor protection.
Generator & Hybrid TechnologyThe onboard generator supplies uninterrupted power and supports hybrid operation (diesel + grid). Hybrid mode allows operation in sites with irregular or absent grid power; generator can be disabled when grid energy is available. Hybrid system capacity is optionally sized to facility energy needs.
Automatic Lubrication System (Optional)Optional centralized automatic lubrication delivers precise grease to bearings and lubrication points, minimizing maintenance time and human labor while using optimal oil amounts to reduce costs.
Hydraulic SystemHydraulic system operates bunker covers and stock belts without manpower using hydraulic control arms. Advantages include rapid, practical operations and mobility of related parts.
