Overview
FTC-300 Mobile Cone Crusher delivers powerful tracked crushing, high capacity and reliable performance for quarrying, mining and aggregate projects.

Belt Feeder
The Belt Feeder quickly sends loaded products to the crusher for the crushing process. The belt feeder is driven by 2 motors, providing mobility and includes a motor protection system to prevent overheating-related malfunctions. The working intensity of the Belt Feeder and the crusher is coupled with the automation system.

Automation interaction
Step 1: If the density of the crushed product in the crusher is high, the crusher amperage rises; the automation system detects this rise and stops bunker transfer to prevent accumulation in the crusher feed chute and excessive wear.

Step 2: If the density of the crushed product in the crusher is low, the crusher amperage decreases; the automation system detects this decrease and increases bunker transfer so the feeding hopper delivers products to the crusher faster, keeping production capacity at maximum level.

Cone Crusher
The power from the engine is transferred to the gear shaft and sent to the hub with gears. The core and concave inside the crusher crush and break stones into pieces. The robust rotor speed and strong gear structure enable high production and enable the FTC-300 Mobile Crusher to operate at maximum capacity.

Stock Belts
FABO folding-type stock conveyor belts quickly send crushed products to the stock area. Foldable structure minimizes machine dimensions. Wear-resistant belt tires provide long service life.

Track System

Automation System

Automatic Lubrication System (Optional)
The automatic lubrication system delivers required grease to components during operation and maintenance, ensuring even distribution and minimizing manual labor. It completes lubrication within seconds, uses optimal oil amounts, reduces maintenance costs, and provides flawless lubrication across components.

Hydraulic System
