Overview
The FTV-90-s mobile Vertical Shaft Impact (VSI) crushing and screening plant provides integrated fine crushing and grading on a track-mounted chassis. Designed for high-rate sand production in the 0–5 mm range and for processing hard, abrasive rocks such as basalt and granite, the plant integrates feeding, crushing, screening and stock conveying with PLC automation and optional hybrid power and lubrication systems.

Belt Feeder

• The belt feeder transfers loaded material to the crusher for steady feed rate.
• Equipped with two drive motors and motor protection to prevent overheating.
• Feeder and crusher working intensity are coupled to the automation system for synchronized operation.
• Automation logic: high crusher amperage halts bunker feed to avoid accumulation and wear; low amperage increases feed to maximize capacity.

Vertical Shaft Crusher (VSI)

• Main machine for fine sand production with high efficiency in the 0–5 mm output range.
• Crushing by high-speed rotor throwing material against protective linings, suitable for hard and abrasive feedstock.
• Rotor diameter: Ø 900 mm (VSI-900 rotor).

Separator Belt (Magnetic Separator)
