OverviewFTJ-11-75 Mobile Jaw Crusher is a tracked, high-capacity unit designed for primary crushing of stone, concrete and construction waste. It integrates feeding, primary crushing, separation and stock handling for on-site primary processing.
Vibrating Feeding BunkerThe vibrating feeding bunker uses vibro motors and steel springs to rapidly deliver loaded material to the crusher. A bolted grizzly screen prevents muddy material entering the crusher; screening sizes are set per user request. Durable structure and A1 quality springs ensure long service life.
Jaw CrusherSuitable for hard, abrasive materials with high silica content (basalt, granite). The movable jaw reduces material by compressive/elliptical motion against the fixed jaw. Hydraulic adjustment allows quick setting changes to define output particle size. Replaceable wear linings protect the inner body for easier maintenance. Key components include movable pitman, flywheel system and tensioner assembly.
Stock Belts (Folding Type Conveyors)Folding-type stock conveyors transfer crushed products to stock areas and reduce transport dimensions. Wear-resistant belt elements extend service life. Components include belt traverses, drive drums and coupled motors.
Separator Belt (Magnetic Separator)Oversized separator belt features a main permanent magnetic block, endless separator belt, drive motor and magnetically isolated steel frame (MBS series) to prevent unwanted metal adherence. The structure provides a 3-pole magnetic field configuration.
Track SystemThe track system provides mobility with a track width of 500 mm. Tracks are designed for versatile movement and resistance to challenging terrain; designed to meet A1 quality and CE standards.
Automation SystemPlant control is PLC-based with on-machine automation panel. The automation manages crusher, stock conveyors and feed hoppers. Optional modules include professional interface, remote control and heat-sensor protection.
Generator / Hybrid SystemIntegrated generator supplies power for continuous operation. Hybrid configuration allows operation on diesel and/or grid power to mitigate irregular or absent grid supply. Hybrid sizing is selectable per site energy needs to optimize fuel consumption and operational efficiency.
Automatic Lubrication System (Optional)An optional automatic lubrication system delivers grease to required points during operation and maintenance, ensuring even distribution and reducing downtime and lubricant usage.
