Description

Overview
FTT-100-S mobile tertiary impact crushing and screening plant provides efficient tertiary crushing and screening for production of fine aggregates and sand-sized fractions. The track-mounted unit is designed for on-site mobility and continuous operation under demanding conditions.

Belt Feeder
The belt feeder quickly conveys feed material into the tertiary crusher. It is driven by two motors and equipped with motor protection to prevent overheating. Feeding intensity is coupled with the automation system: the system reduces bunker transfer when crusher current rises to avoid blockages and increases transfer when current drops to maintain maximum throughput.

Tertiary Crusher
The tertiary crusher features a high-speed rotor and hydraulically opening body for maintenance access. Material is reduced by high-speed rotors impacting pendulum pallets until a 0–5 mm final fraction is achieved. Discharge doors release the crushed product to the vibrating screen. The rotor can reverse direction to reduce pallet wear.

Vibrating Screen
The vibrating screen sorts material from the vertical shaft impact crusher into specified sizes and directs fractions to stock areas. Screening dimensions are customizable to customer requirements. The screen uses durable steel springs and changeable screen wires to allow continuous operation and fast maintenance.

Stock Belts
Foldable stock conveyor belts transfer separated products to stockpiles while reducing machine footprint when folded. Conveyor belts are manufactured with wear-resistant materials for extended service life.

Separator Belt (Magnetic)
The oversized conveyor magnetic separator includes a permanent magnetic block, endless separator belt, drive motor and magnetically isolated steel frame to prevent unwanted metal retention on the frame.

Track System
The 500 mm wide track system provides mobility and resistance on challenging terrain. Track mounting enables rapid relocation on site. FABO applies R&D practices to meet A1 Quality and CE standards.

Automation System
The plant is controlled by a PLC-based full automation system. Core equipment — crusher, stock conveyors and feed hopper — are managed via an operator panel with professional interface and remote-control options. Optional heat sensor protection is available.

Generator / Hybrid System
Onboard generator supplies required power for continuous operation. Hybrid configuration allows operation on diesel and electric power, recommended where grid supply is unstable or unavailable. Hybrid capacity is selectable according to site energy needs.

Automatic Lubrication System (Optional)
An automatic lubrication system delivers grease to relevant components during operation and maintenance, ensuring even distribution, reducing grease consumption and lowering maintenance time.

Hydraulic System
The hydraulic system operates bunker covers and stock belts without manual intervention using hydraulic control arms for fast on/off movements.
