Elevator with manual tipping front at 85° FPLTM10M The elevator-tilter for dump boxes with hydraulic pump driven by the rudder allows operators to lift and fold up to a maximum of 85° each type of fork mounted container (plastic, metal, wood) and to withdraw/deposit products with maximum safety. The height of a pick-up is about 1000-1200 mm (depends on the level of tipping) and allows operators to maintain an ergonomically correct position. The trolley is equipped with a lever valve with two positions (lifting and tilting). Placing the lever on the lifting, forks are raised horizontally up to 285 mm from the floor; by positioning the lever on the opposite side, tilting starts gradually up to a maximum of 85°. Sturdy steel frame with fork tip rounded, steering wheels in polyurethane with parking brake and foot protectors. Caution: The lifter tilts the load up to 85° in the operator's direction so that it can handle its contents very easily. It is recommended the use of the trolley, with all compulsory individual protective devices. It is recommended that you do not stand behind the caisson when the overturning operation is performed. During the tipping phase, it is imperative to rotate the rudder laterally and position yourself in a secure position.
