Working Principle
The sigma blade mixer is a pair of Σ blades that cooperate and rotate with each other to produce strong shearing action, so that semi-dry or rubbery viscous plastic materials can react quickly to achieve uniform mixing and mixing.
Hydraulic System
The hydraulic system uses a hydraulic station to control the mixing chamber to complete functions such as cylinder turning and lid opening. The detailed parameters can be selected and requested by the user, making the operation easy and reliable.
Transmission System
The transmission system of sigma blade mixer consists of electric motor, reducer and gear. The motor synchronizes the speed, and after passing through the elastic coupling to the reducer, the output device drives the fast pulp to reach the specified speed. The speed can also be adjusted by the frequency converter.
Mixing Part
