Food-grade CMC Cellulose Production Process- Alkaliization stage: Cellulose and liquid alkali are thoroughly mixed in a specialized Sigma mixer to form alkali cellulose.
- Etherification stage: Monochloroacetic acid is added and a controlled substitution reaction is performed under precise temperature control.
- Washing and Neutralization: Multiple washes with an alcohol solution remove sodium chloride byproduct, achieving product purity >99.5%.
- Drying and Pulverizing: Material is dried (vacuum/low temperature) and pulverized to target mesh size.
