The Atex Thermosafe® industrial induction drum heater is a certified solution for heating uninsulated metal drums up to 200 litres, including use in potentially explosive atmospheres. Its induction heating method produces rapid and uniform temperature rise across the drum surface, suitable for viscous and semi-solid products such as wax, tar, bitumen and certain organic acids.
