GeoFlex Exhaust HT-1100 is a flexible high-temperature exhaust hose designed for extraction or supply of hot air, fumes, exhaust gases, smoke and dust. It operates continuously from -60°C to +900°C and resists short-term peaks up to 1,100°C. The hose features a three-layer construction—inner high-temperature stainless steel fabric, a high-temperature insulation middle layer, and an outer PU-coated high-temperature fabric reinforced with a stainless steel spiral—providing heat resistance, flexibility and mechanical strength for demanding industrial environments.

Product information
The GeoFlex Exhaust HT-1100 is manufactured with a three-layer design: an inner layer of high-temperature stainless steel fabric, a middle layer of high-temperature insulation, and an outer PU-coated high-temperature fabric reinforced with a stainless steel spiral. This combination ensures mechanical strength, wear resistance and flexibility while remaining flame retardant and silicone free. Typical uses include extraction of exhaust gases from large vehicles (locomotives, tanks, excavators) and ventilation of hot air from industrial ovens or heaters. The hose is available in diameters from ø102 mm to ø203 mm and in lengths from 1 to 10 metres. Special lengths and diameters within this range are available as standard options.
