Overview
The GeoFlex PUR is a clear antistatic polyurethane (PUR) extraction hose designed for the transport and extraction of dust, chips, granulate and powder. It resists oil and petrol fumes and is engineered for demanding applications in woodworking, food processing and medical environments. The hose combines flexibility, compressibility and long service life for industrial use.

Product information
The GeoFlex PUR is manufactured from polyester-polyurethane (PUR) with an integrated spring steel helix. The patented Protape® construction provides extended service life while maintaining flexibility and compressibility. It is intended for transport and extraction of dust, chips, granulate and powder and is suitable for extraction of oil and petrol fumes. Electrical resistance has been tested at R < 10⁹ Ω to meet ATEX requirements for zones 1, 2 and 22. The hose is commonly mounted on extraction arms but can be used with various arm and hood models. Operating temperature is rated for continuous use from -40°C to +60°C, with short-term peaks up to +125°C.
