General The BEKA HFP-3U is a hydraulic barrel pump for single-line lubrication of larger machines. Designed for greases up to NLGI‑2 (no solid contents), it delivers 26 cm3 per double stroke, making it suitable for applications with high grease demand.

Available sizes

• HFP-3U: for 20, 25, 50 and 200 liter barrels
• HFP-3UCS (container version): reservoirs of 41, 54 or 68 liters

Standard equipment and functional features

• Pressure limiting valve (standard)
• Visual or mechanical level sensor measuring distance from cover to follower plate for continuous level monitoring
• Internal follower plate supplied
• Valve plate with sealing prevents lubricant from being pressed back into the barrel via the suction bore
• Non-return valve prevents backflow and ensures lubricant flow through the supply line to the pressure outlet
• HFP-3UCS: additional valve block containing components to control a lubrication cycle

Mounting

• Fixed to the floor using connection rods with star handles for stability
• Different rod lengths available depending on barrel size
• For HFP-3UCS, direct floor mounting of the container is possible (connection rods optional)
