Description

HEAT energy dust/liquid separators HSNP-PC are vertical two-stage separators for efficiently cleaning of gases from solid and liquid contaminants. HEAT energy separators HSNP-PC are used when the gas flow is expected to carry occasional liquids. HEAT energy separators HSNP-PC keep pressure losses to a minimum and separate impurities reliably. The first stage separates liquid and coarse particles by a baffle plate. The gas then flows through a combined HEAT energy filter/coalescer cartridges type HFE-ZC, which removes even ultrafine solid and liquid contaminants. Both stages are equipped with storage drums which are designed according the operational requirements. To ensure an easy and quick access for internal inspection or changing of the coalescer-cartridges, HSNPPC are equipped typically with HEAT energy Quick Opening Closures type SVZ or SVS. The devices are manufactured according to generally accepted standards and customer specifications. Standard versions according to AD 2000, EN 13445 or ASME Sect. VIII - Div 1 (without U-Stamp ). For place of installation within EU the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU will be applied. On request sour gas service according to NACE MR0175 or ISO 15156 is possible. Internals: In standard version all internals, e.g. baffle- or guidingplates are made of carbonsteel. By request a stainless steel version is also possible. The combined filter/coalescer elements type HFE-ZC are two stage design. The prefiltration is done by a pleated star of impregnated cellulose. The second stage is the coalescer part which is made of several layers of impregnated glass fibers.
