Lift Plug Valve AFC Lift plug valve is applicable to the cutting and connection of pipelines medium that are used in various industries such as petroleum, chemical industry, pharmacy, chemical fertilizer, power industry etc. under nominal pressure of ClASS150-1500lBS,and working temperature of-29-550’C. The product has reasonable structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance and beautiful appearance. Opening and closing of the valve is carried out while the sealed surface is taken off, so it will not cause abrasion on the sealed surface. Its characteristic double-direction flow makes installation and use more convenient. The materials of the parts and sizes of flanges can be reasonably configured according the actual operation condition of the requirements of the customers, so as to meet the various needs of engineering. AFC API 6D Lift Plug Valve Design Features – Simple robust design, only three major components (body/plug/bonnet). – Able to be used in service conditions up to 650°C in casted version, up to 800°C in forged version. – 90 degree (fast) operation, 100% round port full bore design. Can close under 2 seconds. – Double mechanical barrier, double Block & Bleed options. – High seat torque with minimal force (small actuator), high seat tightness. – Metal-to-metal seat, long seat life-time, seats protected from direct flow in open and closed position. – Hard-faced (stellite) seat surfaces options for extra performance. – No lubrication!
