Durable internal-combustion counterbalance forklift series designed for heavy-duty materials handling in industrial environments. Available in Fortens, Fortens Advance and Fortens Advance+ configurations with diesel or LPG powertrains.

Engines and performance
Offered with Kubota 3.8L diesel or PSI 4.3L LPG engines. Hyster® Variable Power Technology™ provides selectable performance modes to prioritise productivity or fuel economy, allowing tuning to application needs.

Energy efficiency
The ECO-eLo performance mode can reduce energy use by up to 20% without affecting throughput. Load-sensing hydraulics (LSH) optimise productivity and fuel consumption. Oil-immersed brakes in a sealed housing reduce contamination-related maintenance. The Hyster Stability Mechanism™ (HSM) improves lateral stability and reduces lean in turns.

Operator compartment
Cab offers easy access, wide visibility and ergonomically placed controls. Full-suspension seat and isolated powertrain deliver low whole-body vibration (~0.6 m/s2). Infinitely adjustable tilt steering and seatside E-hydraulics with TouchPoint™ mini-levers or cowl-mounted mechanical levers reduce operator fatigue.

Serviceability
Removable one-piece steel floor plate provides excellent service access. Leak-free O-ring face seals and in-tank hydraulic filter improve uptime. CANbus diagnostics enable quick fault finding and performance optimisation to minimise downtime.

Isolated powertrain
Engine and transmission mounted on elastomeric mounts for full isolation. Moulded rubber floor mat reduces cabin noise and vibration. Fortens™ transmissions incorporate patented designs to improve performance and lower operating costs.

Telematics and operator-assist options
Hyster Tracker telemetry offers wireless fleet management to improve fleet efficiency and operator performance. Optional pedestrian awareness camera systems provide alerts to help reduce incidents.
