This series of internal combustion pneumatic-tyre forklifts offers a powerful, compact materials-handling solution for applications demanding high reliability and low operating cost. Diesel or LPG engines are available with Fortens, Fortens Advance and Fortens Advance+ configurations, suited to paper, manufacturing, recycling, beverage, metals and construction industries where space is constrained.

Efficient engine
The industrial cast‑iron block engine has no high‑tension leads, distributor caps or rotors. Rapid glow plugs and a cold‑start device optimise injection timing by water temperature for reliable cold starts and cleaner exhaust. Fuel injection timing is controlled by engine load; cooling‑on‑demand, load‑sensing hydraulics, RPM management and alternate idle speeds reduce fuel use. ECO‑eLo mode can lower energy consumption up to 15% versus previous generations.

DuraMatch™ 3 transmission
DuraMatch™ 3 features an Auto Deceleration System (ADS) with 10 programmable settings to extend brake life and improve load positioning. The Pacesetter VSM™ manages smooth direction changes by reducing throttle, initiating auto‑deceleration to stop, changing transmission direction and restoring throttle to accelerate.

Low emissions
An actively regenerating Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) reduces service interventions and is monitored on an operator‑level display. Auto‑Speed Hydraulics with Automatic Inching Control increases engine speed when lifting to ensure full hydraulic power while the VSM™ prevents unintended travel until the accelerator is pressed.

Ergonomic cab
Operator space is optimised with an updated overhead guard and expanded floor area.
