Overview
DRPC-W-JL is a fanless DIN-rail embedded system designed for compact installations and industrial edge applications. It accepts a 3.5" single board computer form factor and is optimized for IoT gateway, motion and vision applications on the factory floor, providing high I/O density, passive thermal design and scalable wireless expansion.

Design, customization & maintenance
The enclosure is optimized for space-saving cabinet installation with front-side I/O. Customizable I/O plates and compatibility with IEI 3.5" SBCs (WAFER series) enable fast integration. The bottom cover is removable for quick access to M.2, drive bay and memory for assembly and service.

Wireless & remote deployment
Supports scalable wireless options via M.2 modules (Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi, 4G/5G) allowing remote and mobile edge deployments for industrial IoT devices.

Thermal & mechanical
Efficient pin‑fin heatsink enables two-dimensional heat conduction and reduced airflow impedance. The extruded aluminum housing reduces weight and improves reliability in vibration-sensitive applications such as AGV systems.
