Our confectionery equipment production is located in Varna, Republic of Bulgaria. All our equipment has received declarations of conformity of our equipment to the requirements of the European Union. DDM-2 is a modern double-hopper 9-row automatic deposition machine for the production of a wide range of products with filling or from two types of dough. A large selection of replaceable nozzles for giving various shapes to the manufactured cookies. The main distinguishing features of the deposition machine: presence of nozzles rotation, the exact movement of the bow and string cutting. Two hoppers allow you to produce both cookies with filling, and two-color, chocolate-vanilla, for example. The precise movement of the conveyor (horizontally and vertically) and string cutting provide an ideal separation of the dough at the end of the deposit process. A feature of the machine is the installation of various dosing units (R-R), (G-G), (R-G). Modern control system with touch screen will allow you to control conveniently both the movement of the tray and the types of dosing: from point to rotating and of varying lengths. On this machine, you can always expand the range of products by purchasing new nozzles or dosing units. Basic configuration: – frame on wheels; – table with automatic movement of trays, step-by-step deposition; – tray presence sensor; – programmable control panel with touch screen; – a double deposition station, which serves to dose one-color and two-color products of various shapes, equipped with a special two-color head with a dough supply system using special double rolls. Possibility of rotating heads at different speeds;
