Description
A high-purity gas cylinder semi-automatic changeover regulator panel JW-400 provides uninterrupted supply of process gases by switching between cylinders when pressure drops below a preset threshold. It is intended for industrial and laboratory applications where continuous, low-contamination gas delivery is required.

The panel integrates inlet valves, high-precision regulators, gauges and a semi-automatic changeover mechanism that detects cylinder depletion and transfers flow to the standby cylinder with minimal disturbance. Operators can replace empty cylinders without shutting down the downstream system; a manual reset may be required after replacement.

Designed for use with nitrogen, helium, argon and other high-purity gases, the unit minimizes contamination using 316L stainless steel wetted parts and appropriate seats and seals. Typical features include pressure gauges, safety relief valves and optional alarms or indicators for cylinder status.
