OverviewSemi Automatic Gas Changeover Manifold System Manual Changeover Manifold Panel Single Stage Automatic Switchover Board. Gas changeover systems are used where a continuous gas supply is required (laboratories, manufacturing, medical facilities). They enable automatic or manual switching between gas sources so the supply continues when one cylinder is empty. The JW-300 series is suitable for high pressure gas cylinders and pressure relief gas supply on both sides, provides automatic changeover to realize continuous gas supply, and includes purge functionality. The maximum input pressure can reach 20.7 MPa (3000 psi). The product is assembled and tested in a clean workshop and is suitable for laboratory and high-purity gas applications such as gas analysis.
Types / Function Overview- Semi Automatic Gas Changeover Manifold System: Automatically switches from a primary source to a backup when the primary is empty; requires manual action to reset or switch back after replacing the empty source. Useful where occasional manual intervention is acceptable.
- Manual Changeover Manifold Panel: Operator manually switches between gas sources by turning valves or controls. Simpler and lower cost, suited for less critical uses.
- Single Stage Automatic Switchover Board: Fully automatic switching with single-step pressure reduction. Suitable for simpler setups where one-step pressure reduction is acceptable and easy maintenance is desired.
