Overview
High-power fiber laser cutter SF3015H4 is designed for laser powers from 6 kW to 30 kW. The unit features a full-protection cover to shield operators from laser radiation and to limit environmental emissions. It is fitted with auto-exchangeable platforms to reduce loading time and improve processing throughput; a full platform exchange can be completed in approximately 20 seconds.

• Heavy-load thermally isolated hollow bed: welded from high-quality steel plates and pipes; post-weld stress relief annealing, secondary aging and precision machining on large gantry milling machines ensure structural stability, impact resistance and long-term dimensional stability.
• Intelligent spiral vacuum dust extraction: time-sharing system with automatic air outlet switching and sectional exhaust; combined with back-shaped sealing at the base to achieve smokeless cutting. Machines with 8 kW or higher include graphite and copper protection.
• Aviation-grade high-strength aluminum alloy beams: lightweight with low inertia and internal triangular reinforcement for rigidity and shock resistance; rough machining after annealing eliminates internal stress and fine machining after vibration aging increases strength and stability.
• Full-protection cover for safer operation and reduced environmental impact.
• Auto-exchangeable platforms to minimize loading/unloading time and increase throughput.
