Product Overview
The metal plate bevel laser cutting machine enables planar bevel cutting up to 45°, exceeding conventional 0° straight cuts. It performs V, X, Y and other bevel geometries in a single pass, combining cutting and forming to deliver parts with high dimensional accuracy and superior surface quality, while improving productivity and saving material.

Main Features

• German-imported high-power cutting head enabling bevel cutting up to 45° on the plane.
• One-pass formation of V, X, Y and other bevel types (no additional milling required).
• High dimensional accuracy and excellent surface finish of cut parts.
• Laser power selectable from 6 kW to 60 kW; stable cutting thickness >20 mm and limit cutting thickness >70 mm (material and configuration dependent).
• Optional extra-large format: processing width up to 4000 mm; length configurable to customer requirements.
• Standard safety light curtain to stop the machine immediately if an operator approaches the beam, ensuring personnel safety.
• 360° enclosed surround smoke exhaust (zonal dust extraction) to protect operators and optical components and extend service life.
• Typical applications: construction machinery, shipbuilding, tower/steel structures and other heavy plate/bevel applications.
