metal foil resistors combine the advantages of SMD technology for machine assembly with the reliable long-term stability of precision resistors. In order to further improve the mechanical properties and to reduce thermally induced mechanical stress, the terminals of the resistor are angled away from the case. With a temperature coefficient of ±5ppm/°C (others on request) and a resistance tolerance of ±0.05%, the resistor is suitable for demanding applications such as oilfield data acquisition, air traffic control and instrumentation.
