However, the applications for switching and control systems as well as measuring circuits stand out. The metal film resistors have been continuously developed over the years and are one of the most widely used resistor series. They have a resistance range of 1Ω..5MΩ, a temperature coefficient from ±3ppm/°C and power rating up to 0.6 Watt @40°C. The resistors can optionally be supplied in a low inductance version and preloaded @100 h rated load (optional).
