The stainless steel measuring body with a full-bridge Wheatstone strain gauge circuit ensures reliable and long-term stable measurement even under very high loads. With a diameter of 76 mm, the design remains comparatively compact despite the high rated forces. The stainless steel construction provides a long service life, while protection class IP64 enables use in industrial environments. Each KMB76 is supplied with a test report as standard, confirming the accuracy of the measurement results. Typical applications include presses, test benches, production systems and other industrial processes with high compression forces. Compared to standard load cells on the market, the KMB76 stands out with its combination of a high rated force of 220 kN and a still compact design. For series production, customer-specific adaptations are also possible, such as modified mounting dimensions, pre-assembled cables or connector versions.
