Description

Robust design for medium tensile and compressive forces from 50 N to 1 kN The KM1403 series comprises force transducers with a nominal force range of 50 N to 1 kN. With an aluminium body and strain gauges arranged in a full Wheatstone bridge configuration, these transducers provide reliable and durable measurements. A notable feature is the consistent design across all nominal forces. This facilitates integration into mechanical systems, even when different measuring ranges are required. Force is applied via two internal M8 threads. The KM1403 series is suitable for measuring tensile and compressive forces. Thanks to its IP54 protection class, it can also be used in more demanding environments. Compared to standard S-beams, it impresses with its combination of a compact aluminium design and a good protection class in the lower to medium force range. Options: Nominal forces: 50 N, 100 N, 200 N, 500 N and 1 kN For series production requirements, customer-specific adaptations are also possible. These include modified thread sizes, special cable lengths and cables with pre-assembled connectors.
