The fully automatic SoniXs TRI-Connect strapping machine straps packages lengthwise to the transport direction without having to turn them. This makes it particularly suitable for cross strapping: Packages such as newspapers or graphic products pass through a strapping machine for cross strapping and a strapping machine for lengthwise strapping and are thus doubly secured for transportation. The machine is equipped with a SoniXs and an integrated WebHMI as standard, which allows the user to call up all performance-related machine key figures such as availability, quality and output at any time. The TRI-Connect also offers the option of changing product recipes fully automatically using light barriers or interface signals. The optional Mosca is suitable for advanced digital applications, allowing users to view the machines via the cloud at any time and from any location. An open OPC UA interface enables the SoniXs TRI-Connect to communicate with a wide range of machines and systems.
