Overview
The KZV-111 is a fully automatic pallet strapping machine designed to secure palletized goods of various formats and shapes that do not require compaction. The top-mounted SoniXs ultrasonic strapping unit (~32 kg) is weight-reduced, secured with quick-release fasteners and removable without tools for maintenance. Optionally, a BSG 4 strap welding unit can be fitted to weld the strap end to a new roll, reducing roll change downtime and material waste. An optional top edge protector is available for sensitive products.

Application & Consumables
The KZV-111 secures palletized transported goods and accepts PP and PET strap materials in various widths and thicknesses. As a recyclable alternative, paper strapping is available from central supply. The optional BSG 4 reduces downtime for roll changes and minimizes material waste. Edge protection can be applied from above for delicate products.
