Overview
The MCB-2 and MCB-2 XT are fully automatic inline strapping machines for corrugated cardboard stacks. They perform gentle strapping along the corrugated flutes and include a 5-sided electromechanical product alignment system. Optional equipment includes the BSG 2 automatic strap welding device for near‑continuous production and a Lite interface for automatic product changeovers. The MCB-2 XT adds a second mobile strapping unit for parallel strapping of unstable or large stacks.

Applications & operation
Designed for inline strapping of corrugated cardboard cartons and stacks. Configurations support high uptime (automatic strap welding), automatic format adaptation (teach-in), conveyor integration and quality-control options for automatic rejection of defective stacks.
