With the fully automatic, vertical strapping machine KZV-311 and the KOV-311 version, heavy goods, pallet loads stacked high or products with rigid packaging material such as building materials can be secured flexibly and reliably for internal transport, storage or shipping. While the KZV-311 with movable strap guide tongue is suitable for strapping palletized goods, the KOV-311 with its closed strap guide frame is the right machine for non-palletized products. Both machine versions are equipped with the powerful SoniXs for a strap tension of up to 2,500 newtons. For a higher strap tension, the HL high-performance unit can be installed in the machine as an option, allowing the strap tension to be continuously increased to up to 5,000 newtons. The laterally positioned strapping unit can move towards the product to ensure reliable load securing, even if the position of the goods varies or the pallet is not optimally aligned with the unit. For sensitive products, an optional strap tension equalizer ensures consistent strap tension around the load for tight packaging with minimal product stress.
