Overview
Fully automatic vertical pallet strapping machine KZV-311 designed to secure heavy or tall pallet loads and rigid-packaged products for internal transport, storage and shipping. The KZV-311 features a movable side-mounted strap guide tongue for palletized goods; the KOV-311 version includes a closed strap guide frame for non-palletized items.

Application / Operation
The lateral strapping unit travels toward the product to ensure reliable load securing when load position varies. Optional tension compensation reduces stress on sensitive products while maintaining consistent strap tension. Standard SoniXs unit provides up to 2,500 N; optional HL unit increases tension up to 4,200 N.
