Overview
The KCK series pallet baling press is a fully automatic machine for compacting and strapping palletized goods. Available pressing forces are 30,000 N or 50,000 N, with an optional high‑speed package increasing pressure to 33,000 N or 55,000 N and raising cycle output. The overhead, weight‑reduced SoniXs sealing unit (32 kg) is removable via quick‑release fasteners to simplify maintenance.

Application
Designed for securing transported goods such as print media, foodstuffs and corrugated cardboard. The press compacts packages before strapping to prevent strap loosening during transit. Integration into processing lines is possible via potential‑free contacts for upstream and downstream machines.

Performance notes
Typical throughput up to 220 pallets/h without edge protectors and up to 185 pallets/h with top and bottom edge protectors (with high‑speed package, 2‑fold vertical strapping, transport 24 m/min — dependent on product and configuration).

Strapping material
Suitable for PET straps: widths 9.50 mm–12.50 mm; thickness 0.54 mm–0.66 mm. Strap coil dispenser core diameter: 406 mm.
