Overview
The KOF-611 is an automatic table strapping machine engineered for the wood industry to perform vertical strapping on a work table. The strapping unit is located beneath the package, making the machine suitable for bundling heavy and bulky wooden products such as slats and squared timber. The machine supports integration into semi-automatic and fully automatic production lines via potential-free contacts.

Main machine concept
The KOF-611 is fitted with SoniXs ultrasonic sealing technology providing strap tensions up to 2,500 N. For higher tension requirements an optional HL high-performance unit with belt tension compensation is available, enabling tensions up to approximately 4,200 N. Energy-efficient electric drives and Siemens PLC control enable precise, repeatable operation.

Notes
The KOF-611 is designed for use with polypropylene (PP) and polyester (PET) straps. When the HL unit is used, strap dimension deviations may occur. The strap coil dispenser accepts standard 406 mm core coils. Electrical supply and other specifications can be adapted on request.
