The KOF-611 automatic strapping machine straps products vertically on the table and is particularly suitable for bundling heavy and bulky products such as wooden slats. It can be integrated into both semi-automatic and fully automatic processes and connected to upstream and downstream systems via potential-free contacts. The KOF-611 is equipped with the powerful SoniXs for a strap tension of up to 2,500 newtons. For higher strap tension, the HL high-performance unit can be fitted to the machine as an option, allowing the strap tension to be increased continuously up to 5,000 newtons. The strapping unit is located underneath the package to be strapped. The KOF-611 can optionally be equipped with a manual squared timber feeder as a stacking or transport aid for non-palletized goods.
