The automatic MC-6 was specially designed for corrugated board and paper applications. Thanks to its particularly wide frame, it can process products with a width of up to 2,600 millimetres. The strapping machine works with a SoniXs for high availability and throughput. An optional double dispenser further increases the machine's availability: when a coil of strapping is empty, it automatically switches to the next one and the empty coil can be replaced during operation. The MC-6 is designed for manual operation, with strapping triggered by a foot switch or button on the control panel. Elements such as an optional double dispenser ensure that the machine can keep up with the high speeds of the corrugated board industry without downtime.
