Safety/Lookback function
The active infrared presence detection provides two safety rows in front of the threshold. Rows can be adjusted precisely and shifted ±6° relative to the door. The Bluezone/Lookback feature adds an extra detection row that monitors the threshold; this row is automatically disabled when the presence area is cleared and the doors begin to close, removing the need for separate safety beams.

Motion Detection
The wide microwave motion detection field detects approach from any angle and triggers rapid opening. Presence and motion areas are adjustable independently. A DIP switch selects infrared area behavior: safety only or safety plus activation. The uni-directional option allows faster closing when traffic moves away from the door to reduce energy consumption.

Easy installation
Mountable between 2.0 m and 3.5 m, the unit provides two relay outputs: one for safety and one for motion/activation. Installation is simplified by accessible DIP switches and shutters for quick adjustment across applications. Use of an OPTEX infrared finder is recommended to set the presence area.
