Tight construction site applications:
Compact design without protruding parts allows welding in confined work areas
Swiveling torch head for maximum flexibility – welding of fillet welds and short pipe branches possible
Robust design for reliable use on construction sites
Maximum process control:
Integrated cold wire feed ensures uniform wire supply, improves process stability, and guarantees a high-quality weld seam
Retrofit-capable cold wire unit for precise and controlled material supply during demanding welding tasks
Precisely adjustable wire feed nozzle ensures uniform wire placement for repeatable welding results
Adjustment slide for the TIG torch enables precise fine-tuning of the electrode position – even during the welding process – for maximum process control.
Intuitive and safe operation:
Integrated control directly on the weld head for simple and efficient operation
Directly integrated control buttons eliminate the need for a separate remote control
Tool-free adjustable clamping system for fast adjustments to pipe diameters
TP heads are easy to center on the pipe and are fixed quickly and securely using a clamping lever.
Optimized pipe clamping:
TP 1000 models are equipped as standard with tool steel clamping plates, which ensure optimal grip on the pipe surface
TP 250, TP 400, and TP 600 use stainless steel (1.4305) clamping jaws, which enable higher clamping force and exact alignment of the weld head on the pipe
Clamping jaws for extending the clamping range are optionally available for TP 400 models and allow even more flexible adaptation to different pipe diameters.
