Parker's instrumentation manifolds designed typically for direct installation to pressure or differential pressure (flow) measurement devices in a host of critical applications, being fully in conformance to DIN/IEC 61518. The prime purpose is to assist the operation, maintenance, calibration and service of those devices, with functionality including block & bleed, double block & bleed, isolate & calibrate, isolate & vent/drain/bleed, isolate and equalise.
Parker's direct mount instrument manifolds are available in 2, 3 and 5-valve configurations in pressure ratings up to 6,000 psi (414 bar) and in a wide range of materials. Extruded H section or T section are only available in stainless steel.
As standard, Parker manifolds have inlet and outlet interface connections in full accordance with DIN/IEC 61518. For the Manifold to Transmitter interface, the type B connection is standard, type A is optionally available. Parker's manifolds are available with a wide array of connection types and sizes. For the ultimate in safety, reliability, speed, and ease of installation all manifolds can be specified with integral tube connections utilising Parker A-LOK® (Two Ferrule) or CPITM (Single Ferrule) compression fitting technologies. This will also ultimately reduce overall user costs. As standard, these direct mount manifolds are offered with Parker's unique PTFree connectTM style solutions to inlet connections and other ports (such as vent). The PTFree connect™ system enables users to assemble tube lines to any of the manifold ports without the need for PTFE tape or liquid sealant.
