OverviewThe GH150/1 is a high-temperature narrowband acoustic emission (AE) sensor engineered for installation and testing on metallic structures in elevated-temperature environments. The case and sensing face are stainless Invar steel; the sensor includes a 0.5 m heat‑resistant metal tube and a 2 m integral cable with a side BNC connector. Rated IP68 and operable up to 350 °C.
Features- Case and contact face in stainless Invar steel for thermal stability
- Narrowband resonant design: 150 kHz resonant frequency, 60–400 kHz usable range
- Peak sensitivity >73 dB (Ref V/(m/s)); factory sensitivity test and traceable response curve
- Operating temperature range −20 °C to 350 °C; IP68 ingress protection
- Heat‑resistant metal tube 0.5 m; integral cable 2 m with side BNC connector
ApplicationsDesigned for AE monitoring and testing on boilers, pressure vessels, furnaces, pipelines, tanks and other metallic structures exposed to high temperatures (industrial furnaces, power plants, petrochemical units).
