Description

Description
  • Worktop with stainless-steel sheet covering, total top thickness 25 mm.
  • Top surface with a 1.5 mm stainless-steel covering (NIROSTA®), front edge folded in L-shape. Stainless steel: X5CrNi18-10, material number 1.4301 according to DIN EN 17441/10088-2.
  • Splash-proof, dirt-resistant, temperature-resistant and pressure-resistant. Largely resistant to acids, oils, fats, solvents and chemicals.
  • Top covering flame-retardant (B1) according to DIN 4102. Core material: MDF (medium-density fibreboard).
  • System base: B1240 x D750 x H700–1100 mm.
  • 2 lifting columns (50 x 80 mm, tested according to EN 60335-1) including control unit and connection cable with plug.
  • Skids made of profiled steel tube (60 x 30 x 3 mm) including leveling feet. Complete frame made of profiled steel tube (50 x 25 x 2.5 mm) beneath the worktop.
  • Control unit with up/down push button.
  • Electric adjustment via 2 lifting columns with integrated linear actuator. Low-noise, stepless and fully synchronous height adjustment even under asymmetric load.
  • Adjustment speed 38 mm/s (no load). Duty cycle 10% (6 minutes per hour or 2 minutes continuous operation at full load). Standby power consumption: 0.1 W.
  • CE declaration: product complies with the essential requirements of the Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC) and the EMC Directive (2014/30/EU). Applied standards include DIN EN ISO 12100:2011-03 and DIN EN 1570-1.
  • Note: the system can optionally be operated autonomously via a battery box (accessory), so no permanent mains connection is required.
