Product description

• Worktop with galvanized steel-sheet covering, 25 mm core (MDF). Top covering: 1.5 mm galvanized steel sheet with L-shaped folded front edge. Splash-proof and largely resistant to acids, oils, fats, solvents and many chemicals. Covering fire classification B1 (DIN 4102).
• System underframe B1490 x D750 x H700–1100 mm.
• 2 lifting columns (50 x 80 mm, tested to EN 60335-1) including control unit and mains cable with plug. Skis made of profile steel tube (60 x 30 x 3 mm) with leveling feet. Complete frame from profile steel tube (50 x 25 x 2.5 mm) under the worktop. Control unit with up/down button.
• Electric height adjustment via 2 synchronized linear actuators. Low-noise, stepless and fully synchronous height adjustment even under asymmetric load. Adjustment speed 38 mm/s (no load). Duty cycle 10% (6 minutes per hour at full load). Standby power approx. 0.1 W.
• CE conformity: product meets essential requirements of Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and EMC Directive 2014/30/EU. Applied harmonized standards include DIN EN ISO 12100 and DIN EN 1570-1 (with noted exceptions).
• Note: system can optionally run autonomously using a battery box (accessory) for operation without permanent mains connection.
