Technical specifications
- EGB worktop with 28 mm melamine resin coating (volume-conductive). Top and bottom have light-grey conductive melamine resin direct coating. Melamine coating according to DIN68765. Splash-proof and stain-resistant.
- Core: volume-conductive chipboard according to EN309/EN312 (emission class E1). All-round light-grey antistatic ABS edging.
- Frame dimensions: B1240 x D750 x H700-1100 mm (underframe dimensions).
- 2 double lift columns (80 x 50 mm) including control unit and connection cable with plug. Runners made of profile steel tube (100 x 30 x 3 mm) with leveling feet. Complete frame made of profile steel tube (50 x 25 x 2.5 mm) under the worktop.
- Control unit with up/down push buttons.
- Electric adjustment via 2 integrated linear actuators (double lift columns). Quiet, stepless and synchronous height adjustment even under asymmetric load. Adjustment speed: 38 mm/s (no load).
- Duty cycle 10% (6 minutes per hour or 2 minutes continuous operation at full load). Standby power consumption: 0.1 W.
- Note: System can optionally operate autonomously via a battery box (accessory), allowing operation without permanent mains connection.
- CE compliance: product meets Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and EMC Directive 2014/30/EU. Applied harmonised standards include DIN EN ISO 12100:2011-03; DIN EN 1570-1 (partial specifications as stated).

- Load capacity/surface load: static up to 300 kg (per product specification).
- Surface properties: discharge values according to EN61340, abrasion resistance Class 3A, scratch resistance N>1.5, stain resistance ≥ level 3, crack resistance ≥ level 3, resistance to cigarette ember Grade 3, resistance to water vapor Grade 4.
- Worktop: migration certificate available, suitable for use in food area. Covering normally flammable (B2) according to DIN4102.
