Description
  • Worktop with melamine resin coating, 22 mm thickness.
  • Both faces with light-grey melamine direct coating. Melamine coating according to DIN 68765. Splash-proof and stain-resistant. Surface properties according to EN14322/EN14323: abrasion resistance Class 3A, scratch resistance N>1.5, stain resistance ≥ 3 (e.g. acetone, alcohol, organic solvents, petrol), crack resistance ≥ 3, behaviour to cigarette ember Grade 3, behaviour to water vapour Grade 4.
  • Certificate of harmlessness regarding migration behaviour; suitable for use in food-related areas.
  • Cover classified normally flammable (B2) according to DIN 4102. Panel core made of particleboard according to EN309/EN312 (emission class E1). All-round light-grey antistatic ABS edge.
  • System base: W990 x D750 x H700-1100 mm.
  • 2 lifting columns (50 x 80 mm, tested to EN 60335-1) including control unit and power cable with plug.
  • Skids made of profile steel tube (60 x 30 x 3 mm) including leveling feet. Complete frame from profile steel tube (50 x 25 x 2.5 mm) mounted under the worktop.
  • Control unit with up/down pushbutton.
  • Electric adjustment by 2 lifting columns with integrated linear drive: low-noise, stepless and fully synchronous height adjustment even under asymmetric load. Adjustment speed 38 mm/s (no load). Duty cycle 10% (6 minutes per hour or 2 minutes continuous at full load). Standby power consumption 0.1 W.
  • Note: the system can optionally be operated autonomously via a battery box (accessory), removing the need for a permanent mains connection.
