Description

Product description
  • Worktop with melamine resin coating, thickness 22 mm. Both top and underside with light-grey melamine direct coating according to DIN 68765. Splash-proof and stain-resistant. Surface properties per EN14322/EN14323: abrasion resistance Class 3A, scratch resistance N > 1.5, stain resistance level ≥ 3 (e.g. acetone, alcohol, organic solvents, white spirit), crack resistance level ≥ 3, cigarette ember behaviour Grade 3, water vapour behaviour Grade 4. Migration certificate allows food-related applications. Surface classified normal flammability (B2) per DIN4102. Core made of chipboard per EN309/EN312 (emission class E1). All-round light-grey antistatic ABS edge.
  • System underframe dimensions: B1240 x T750 x H700-1100 mm.
  • Two lifting columns (50 x 80 mm, tested according to EN 60335-1) including control unit and connection cable with plug. Skid runners from profile steel tube (60 x 30 x 3 mm) including 4 swivel castors with brake (wheel Ø 100 mm, build height 135 mm, tread thermoplastic rubber, grey, non-marking, 85° Shore), wheel body polypropylene. Complete frame from profile steel tube (50 x 25 x 2.5 mm) mounted under the worktop. Control: up/down push button.
  • Electric adjustment via the two lifting columns with integrated linear actuator. Quiet, stepless and fully synchronous height adjustment even under asymmetric load. Adjustment speed 38 mm/s (no load). Duty cycle 10% (6 minutes per hour or 2 minutes continuous at full load). Standby power consumption 0.1 W.
  • CE conformity declaration: Product complies with essential requirements of applicable harmonisation legislation (e.g. Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and EMC Directive 2014/30/EU). Applied harmonised standards include DIN EN ISO 12100:2011-03 and DIN EN 1570-1 (safety requirements for lifting tables).
  • Battery box note: System can be operated autonomously using an optional battery box. Battery box features: battery alarm (audible) when charging required, battery charge indicator (LED), thermal protection switch, overcurrent protection. Battery technical data: capacity 2.2 Ah / 53 Wh, nominal voltage 24 V, discharge current 9 A (max), maximum charging voltage 40 V DC, charging current 0.5 A. Operating temperature +5 °C to +40 °C, storage temperature 0 °C to +45 °C.
