Product description

• Worktop with melamine resin coating, thickness 22 mm.
• Top and underside with a light grey melamine resin direct coating. Melamine resin coating according to DIN68765. Splash-proof and stain-resistant. Surface properties according to EN14322/EN14323: abrasion resistance class 3A, scratch resistance N>1.5, stain resistance level ≥3 (e.g. acetone, alcohol, organic solvents, petrol), crack resistance level ≥3, cigarette burn behaviour class 3, water vapour behaviour class 4.
• Declaration of harmlessness regarding migration behaviour, therefore also suitable for use in food-related areas. Surface normally flammable (B2) according to DIN4102. Panel core made of chipboard according to EN309/EN312 (emission class E1). All-round light grey antistatic ABS edge.
• System substructure: B990 x T750 x H700-1100 mm.
• 2 double lifting columns (80 x 50 mm, tested per EN 60335-1) including control unit and connection cable with plug.
• Skids made of profile steel tube (100 x 30 x 3 mm) including levelling feet. Complete frame of profile steel tube (50 x 25 x 2.5 mm) under the worktop.
• Control unit with up/down push button.
• Electric adjustment by 2 double lifting columns with integrated linear drive: quiet, stepless and fully synchronous height adjustment even under asymmetric load. Adjustment speed 38 mm/s (no-load).
• Duty cycle 10% (6 minutes per hour or 2 minutes continuous operation at full load). Standby power consumption only 0.1 W.
• CE declaration available (Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, EMC Directive 2014/30/EU) and application of relevant harmonised standards (e.g. DIN EN ISO 12100:2011-03, DIN EN 1570-1).
• Note: The system can optionally be operated autonomously via a battery box (accessory), so no permanent connection to a power supply is required.
