Description

• Worktop with 25 mm core and 1.5 mm stainless-steel covering (NIROSTA®) with L-fold at the front edge. Stainless steel grade X5CrNi18-10 (material no. 1.4301) according to DIN EN 17441/10088-2. Splash-proof, dirt-resistant, temperature- and pressure-resistant. Largely resistant to acids, oils, fats, solvents and chemicals. Surface flame-retardant class B1. Core material: MDF (medium-density fibreboard).
• System underframe B1240 x D750 x H700–1100 mm.
• 2 double lifting columns (80 × 50 mm, tested according to EN 60335-1) including control unit and mains cable with plug.
• Skids made of profiled steel tube (100 × 30 × 3 mm) with leveling feet. Complete frame from profiled steel tube (50 × 25 × 2.5 mm) mounted under the worktop.
• Control unit with up/down push-buttons.
• Electric height adjustment via integrated linear actuator in the 2 double lifting columns. Quiet, stepless and fully synchronous height adjustment, even under asymmetric load.
• Adjustment speed: 38 mm/s (no load). Duty cycle 10% (recommendation: max. 6 min per hour at full load). Standby power consumption: 0.1 W.
• CE declaration: product meets essential requirements of e.g. Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and EMC Directive 2014/30/EU. Applied harmonised standards include DIN EN ISO 12100:2011-03 and DIN EN 1570-1.
