• EGB worktop with melamine resin finish, 28 mm thickness (volume-conductive).
• Top and underside with conductive, light-grey melamine resin direct coating. Melamine coating as per DIN68765. Splash-water resistant and stain-resistant; surface properties according to EN14322/EN14323: dissipation values per EN61340, abrasion resistance class 3A, scratch resistance N>1.5, stain resistance level ≥ 3 (e.g. acetone, alcohol, organic solvents, petrol), crack resistance level ≥ 3, cigarette ember resistance grade 3, water vapor resistance grade 4. Certificate of harmlessness regarding migration behavior, suitable for use in food sector. Surface normally flammable (B2) according to DIN4102. Core board made of volume-conductive particleboard per EN309/EN312 (emission class E1). All-round light-grey antistatic ABS edge.
• System underframe, B740 x T750 x H700-1100 mm.
• 2 lift columns (50x80 mm, tested per EN 60335-1) including control unit and connection cable with plug. Skids made of rectangular steel tube profile (60x30x3 mm) including leveling feet. Complete frame from rectangular steel tube (50x25x2.5 mm) under the worktop. Control unit with up/down button.
• Electric adjustment via the 2 lift columns using integrated linear actuator. Quiet, stepless and fully synchronous height adjustment even under asymmetrical load. Adjustment speed 38 mm/s (no load). Duty cycle 10% (6 minutes per hour or 2 minutes continuous operation at full load). Standby power consumption 0.1 W.
• Note: The system can optionally operate autonomously via a battery box (accessory), so no permanent mains connection is required.
• CE conformity declaration: The product meets the essential requirements set out in the following harmonisation legislation: a) Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2006 on machinery. b) Directive 2014/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on electromagnetic compatibility. The following harmonised standards were applied: a) DIN EN ISO 1210:2011-03 Safety of machinery - General principles for design - Risk assessment and risk reduction. b) DIN EN 1570-1 Safety requirements for lifting tables - Part 1 (except chapters 5.5.5, 5.6.11 and 5.10).
