Description

Product description
  • Worktop with 22 mm melamine resin coating.
  • Top and underside with light-grey direct melamine resin coating (melamine resin coating according to DIN 68765). Splash-proof and stain-resistant.
  • Surface properties according to EN14322/EN14323: abrasion resistance Class 3A; scratch resistance N>1.5; stain resistance level ≥3 (e.g. acetone, alcohol, organic solvents, petrol); crack susceptibility level ≥3; cigarette ember behaviour Grade 3; steam behaviour Grade 4.
  • Certificate regarding migration behaviour; suitable for use in food-related areas.
  • Cover normally flammable (B2) according to DIN 4102.
  • Panel core made of chipboard according to EN309/EN312 (emission class E1).
  • All-round light-grey antistatic ABS edging.
  • System underframe B1400 x T660 x H740-1060 mm.
  • 4-leg frame with two pairs of frame feet made of profile steel tube (60 x 30 x 2 mm) including depth braces top and bottom. Frame feet bottom with end element including height adjustment.
  • Transverse bars made of profile steel tube (50 x 25 x 2 mm) under the worktop (front and rear).
  • Rear stiffening traverses (left, centre and right) connecting the frame foot pair and the rear transverse bar.
  • The frame feet are prepared for fitting/retrofitting a castor set.
  • Note: This base table (complete model) can be extended with an add-on table of the same depth.

  • Top of cabinet includes metal support with 4-sided roll-off edge and anti-slip mat, height 20 mm; sliding bow at the front of the metal support (projects 50 mm).
  • 4 swivel castors, 2 with brake; wheel diameter 100 mm, overall height 125 mm; tread thermoplastic rubber (grey, non-marking, 85° Shore); wheel body polypropylene; swivel castors with brake at front (left and right).
  • Maximum total load capacity 450 kg.
